If you’ve been in Town Center lately you’ve noticed major renovations happening upstairs, downstairs, right, left, and pretty much anywhere you look. But, did you know the TV Studio is also undergoing some renovations?

For those that have asked, we are not moving anywhere! We’re going to be in the same location, same equipment, same staff…but we are getting some new decor.

The wallpaper has been stripped and the walls have been painted beige and blue. Our green carpet is going to be more of a blueish green and we’re getting a new floor for our set! I can’t wait to see what it looks like on television.

We also have new desks in the control room allowing for much more room when it comes to editing and taping shows. In fact, I have so much more space when writing this article!

Trust me when I say this has been quite an eventful process. I’m not one for clutter so I’ve been trying not to watch what is happening too closely because I know I’ll get super overwhelmed. I totally sympathize with what you are all going through with these renovations. But, it is fun to see how some color and new desks can totally change the entire look of the room and I’m so excited for everything to be done!

Sidenote: I’ve become really good at ripping wallpaper off, it’s actually really fun.

Feel free to come swing by the studio to check out our renovations! We’re really excited to see what the final product will look like next week!
