Another episode of Clockin’ In returns on Monday, February 6th, featuring two people who are no strangers to the Oak Crest community.
Barbara Zorn is back, but this time she’s talking to Executive Director, Mark Roussey and Associate Executive Director, Bo Lundh to show you what goes on inside the doors of the Administrative Office.
I think the best part about this show is residents are able to see a different side to the staff at Oak Crest. Yes, we know each staff member has a specific role in the community, but do we really know what they do every single day? What about when they leave work? Barbara does a great job at meeting with her guests a few weeks before the interview to find out exactly what questions she wants to ask them. She knows what the residents want to hear, and what would be most interesting for them to share with the community.
On this episode, Mark and Bo talk about their career path and how they both ended up, and returned, to Oak Crest. They also discuss why they love working here, and how the residents are so passionate and invested in this community. Then, we find out what they enjoy doing in their spare time…and there might be a little surprise during the show that will bring a smile (and laugh) to your face. I don’t want to give too much away, so you’ll just have to watch and see what happens!
