Media Arts is always coming up with new ideas to engage residents, and the show “On the Spot” does just that.

The latest series presents residents with various types of questions, letting them give their own opinion as to what they think. On this episode, some residents were asked what they thought about the drinking age, how they felt about same sex schools, and what they thought about an age difference when it comes to dating.

It was interesting to see the difference, and similarities, in some of the responses. The goal was to keep the conversation light and informative, furthering an open conversation rather than a debate. It was neat to hear the residents agree and then disagree with each other on the few topics given and we hope to continue this series down the road.

If you have any topics you would like to see discussed, please call the Studio at 410-663-3013—we would be glad to add them to our next show.

You can watch On the Spot on Friday, May 13th at 10AM, 2PM, 7PM, 9PM, and 12AM as well as on demand at oakcresttv.com the following day.
